Registration form for Erez Adaptive Ski

Registration form for candidates for snow skiing training on behalf of the Erez Rescue Rescue Association and contribution to the community - Winter 2019/20.

The target population is IDF disabled / victims of hostilities, athletes, children and youth with special needs.

Preference will be given to lower paralyzed, completely blind, amputees who are recognized at 100% + disability percentages.

High motivation, ability and high physical fitness are prerequisites for participation in the activity.

The activity is carried out voluntarily by the Erez Association in the center of the country, on Mount Hermon and abroad.
